Great and Precious Promises Part 1

Many Christians are not strong in the Lord and in the power of His might because they are up on everything except the word of God. Popular culture changes often, but God's word is eternal.

The Bible reveals God's desire to bless His people in a multitude of ways. One promise God makes is the promise of satisfaction. Jesus promised satisfaction to the hungry soul and to quench those who are thirsty. In order to discover this satisfaction, we have to come unto Him. Who are you looking to for satisfaction?

Another promise God gives to His people is that of revelation. Everything that can be known of God must be revealed. The only way we come to know truth is by revelation. When God shows you the truth about yourself, you see others differently. We need God to show us everything so that we can walk in victory.

Not one word of God will fail nor pass away. God promises satisfaction in Christ and offers revelation and insight into our identity and purpose.
